Soul Sneaker's Basketball has made some changes. To prevent the "stacking" of teams, and to make competitive teams, all Coach Request will not be accepted. Carpooling will be taken into consideration for the placement of players. Soul Sneaker's Staff reserves the right to move a player to a team if another team seems to be "stacked." Players whose parent is a coach will play on that team.
ALL 3RD - 6TH GRADERS MUST BE EVALUATED.

Note:  Team placement will be at the discretion of the Basketball Coordinators.

Privacy Policy


Protecting you and your child’s private information is our top priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to you as a registrar and First Baptist Church of Mountain Home and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references referred to First Baptist Church Mountain Home include FBC, FBCMH, First Baptist Church, Christian Life Center, or CLC.


Collection of personal information


We do not collect any personal information about you or your child unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required certain personal information to us when you elect to register or use certain services for a particular sport or activity sponsored by the church. These may include: (a) registering for an event on our Site; (b) registering with the NFL Play60 Flag Football; (c) sending us an email message; (d) submitting your credit/debit card or other payment information when registering for services on our Site. To Wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services you have requested from us. We also may require additional personal or nonpersonal information in the future.


Use of your personal information


First Baptist Church collects and uses your personal information while services or events you have registered for are being served as you have requested.


First Baptist Church may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other services available or for future services and events that will be available to you.


Sharing information with third parties


First Baptist Church Mountain Home does not sell, rent, lease, or provide your personal information with third parties. First Baptist Church Mountain Home reserves the right to request any legal documents from a third party. This may include: (a) additional family member, attorney, law enforcement officer, or court of law, to allow personal information to be shared with a third party.


First Baptist Church will only provide the registrar information about a child or children what has been registered. First Baptist Church Mountain Home reserves the right to disclose information to individuals that have been voluntarily provided by the registrar. Third parties that the registrar provides as having access to personal information are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. First Baptist Church Mountain Home also reserves the right to give personal information to a volunteer associated with the program the registrar has registered with. For example, a head coach for a church sporting event, or church staff members or volunteers, to contact registrar about the interest in the church, church functions, or church programs.


First Baptist Church Mountain Home may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on First Baptist Church Mountain Home or the site, (b) protect or defend the rights of property of First Baptist Church; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of First Baptist Church Mountain Home, or the public.




Changes to this statement


First Baptist Church Mountain Home reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your registration, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information of the registration page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through the site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the Policy.

Waiver
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry for my child, I hereby waive and release First Baptist Church, the sponsors, volunteers, and any other persons associated with this event of all responsibility and liability of any nature whatsoever as it concerns any/all injuries, sickness, or damages incurred from my child's participation. Further, I certify that my child is physically fit and capable of participating if he/she has registered for it. I give my permission to use my child's picture in any telecast, broadcast, or written account of this program. I acknowledge that First Baptist Church will use my email address exclusively to share related information regarding this or other programs and will not be shared with any other parties.
